Dear friends
YOU ARE AMAZING…can you realise that?
When I call this to you: “You are Amazing” where do you feel it land? Where does it connect with you?
How does it feel when someone tells you that you’re amazing?
Take a moment here to drop in to your heart space using the breath:
A few deep breaths in and sigh them out.
Notice any tensions held within the body and breath in and sigh out. Do this for as long as you feel is needed.
Feel your body relaxing and your throat relaxing. Good.
If your mind begins to take over just gently tell it that you’ll be back in 5 minutes.
You can rest here, in your heart space for a moment or two.
From this quiet restful place – that you may only be able to access for a few seconds – notice that there is something that can observe your thoughts, something that is observing your body, something that is observing your emotions.
That something is You.
This quiet, spacious, powerful, loving space that is accessible via your heart portal is You. You are the Awareness. You are the one who is Aware of your mind and thoughts, of your emotions, your body.
You are truly AMAZING!
And if you like this feeling, perhaps you’ll CHOOSE to feel it some more, throughout your day to day business. Perhaps you’ll find ways to include this ‘dropping in’ for 2-5 seconds throughout your day for no other reason than you are really liking feeling AMAZING.
You may CHOOSE to ‘drop in’ all over the place: in the car, in the gym, in your office, whilst walking the dog, whilst picking the children up from school, whilst picking up the dirty laundry (a regular occupation)….you get the idea.
You may CHOOSE to make all decisions from this ‘dropped-in’ space. Your whole life being created from a space of peace, loving acceptance, joyful exuberance, kindness, compassion…

Wow!…How would that be. What would your life look like then?
Imagine what your life would look and feel like if all your decisions were generated from this loving space. If all of your personal interactions came from a space of peace and thankfulness?
Take a moment now to get this down.
Really feel into what your life would look like if you only created from this YOU space.
What sort of relationships would you be experiencing?
Where and how would you be living?
How do you feel?
What do you look like when you see your person self?
What does your environment look like?
Describe it in as much detail as you can and really enjoy the feelings that arise. Notice who is joining you in this ‘picture’ and how do they seem to you? Just really allow yourself to see and feel your possible new life.
Realise again that all this is possible through CHOICE. Simply CHOICE. We have the capacity to choose from where we direct our lives from.
We can choose from our infinite expansive Hearts or from our narrow and repetitive thoughts…
All that is required is the desire, the desire to live differently, more fully, more quietly but powerfully. Only the desire is required.
And when this desire is present and activated you become willing to practice what is essential for living an aligned life.
You become willing to drop your thoughts for 5 minutes and CHOOSE to drop in to your Heart, to align with those sensations that arise.
You become willing to be Observer to the thoughts and emotions that play out. You’ll notice patterns and habitual practices that perhaps you had not been aware of and you can choose to see beyond these habits as being nothing more than conditioned thought constructs and behaviours.
Take a deep breath in and sigh it out. Notice any tensions that arise and breath into these tensions and sighing them out again. Place your hands over your heart area and feel the deep Presence of Love and Acceptance that is the real You.
Your desire to KNOW YOUrself will grow stronger the more you practice and experience your life from this Loving space.
But don’t simply take my word for it. My words are nothing more than a signpost, pointing you in a direction, that somewhere within you has asked to be shown.
Now you have the free-will to CHOOSE to adventure this Way or not.
A daily practice of meditation, just 2-5 seconds of dropping into your heart regularly throughout the day, will remind you of where you’re directing your life from.
